Ending of a relationship

The end of a relationship is always somewhat painful and comes with some negativity or confrontation. Even if you lost interest in your partner and wasn't feeling the love hto watch your ex move onto new romantic experiences and the ensuing fallout with some mutual friends, and it's a no wonder that breakups are anxiously avoided.There are very definite ways you should and should not end relationships. Ending a relationship is quite a skill your likely to experience all kinds of endings in a life-time the ends of couple relationships, the death of loved ones, moving home away from an area, changing jobs, losing friendships and so on. The first endings you're most likely to have encountered as a child are the deaths of a grandparent or pet. However, you may also have experienced a family breakup if your parents separated. You might even have lost touch with one of them. Your previous experience of ending a relationship particularly a couple relationship can become the template those that follow.
Conclusion - Don't ever feel like the ending of the relationship is the worst part of it all. Sometimes leaving somebody might make you feel like leaving them was the right thing to do.
